Shungite Water is another way of saying you’re drinking an elixir made of Shungite. It’s a great elixir that is super for your health and builds up your immune system.
What Is Shungite?
Shungite is an ancient mineral–I mean the only deposit known is in Russia and it’s like 2 billion years old so yeah I mean ancient.
It the only known natural source of Fullerenes.
Fullerenes are a form of carbon molecule that is neither graphite nor diamond. They consist of a spherical, ellipsoid, or cylindrical arrangement of dozens of carbon atoms.
Most drug companies have to actually make Fullerenes as it’s hard to come by naturally. Fullerenes are used in medicine as potential cancer treatment and even Fullerene C60 is being used in studies for several types of cancer treatments.
Specifically the water-soluble Fullerenes.
Shungite As Jewelry
My friend at Skypony Studio gave me a Shungite bracelet. She told me it was for blocking electromagnetic smog–the vibes you get from microwaves, computers, cell phones, etc.
So the first thing I noticed was this warming like energy similar to Moldavite’s feel but much lighter. Moldavite is intense. Shungite is a super protective stone that is health focused–that’s the vibe I picked up from it.
It’s also lightweight–very similar to Jet, which is a mineraloid made from decaying wood–compressed by carbon.
Making the elixir.
Simply get a few pieces of Shungite (You can buy them for $1 here) and quickly soak them in a bowl of water mixed with a pinch of baking soda.
Rinse them off with cool water to make sure you get all the dirt and powder off. if you don’t do this step first, your water may turn black–it’s from a light powder that coats the stone when you first buy it.
Put your stones in a glass jar with water for 24 hours. You don’t have to put them out in the sun-unlike many elixirs. Cover the top of the jar with a paper towel–you want the water to breathe.
When I made the elixir with water from the tap, I tasted the water before I added the Shungite to it. 24 hours later, I tasted it again and gone was the tap chemical flavoring.
It tasted like any elixir I made with quartz–the water was filled with minerals that people buy in the store. I make homemade orange water daily and added the Shungite water into the mix for a yummy summer treat.
Have you ever made Shungite water, or bought Shungite water from someone? What’s your take on it?
